VT is a major provider of educational support services operating throughout the UK and overseas. Working in partnership with government, Learning and Skills Councils and individual education institutions, we deliver a wide range of services to thousands of students, young people and adults.

Delivering world class training solutions

We offer a complete training design, development and delivery capability, that incorporates the latest techniques such as web-based e-learning. Training can be delivered in a number of ways:

• as a stand-alone package
• as part of a wider support programme
• as a comprehensive facilities management and training support service.

Examples

• VT FourS is a unique and exciting joint venture with Surrey County Council. As one of the largest school support organisations in the country, VT FourS provides a broad range of integrated services.
• VT is also one of the largest providers of information, advice and guidance services in the UK, reaching thousands of young people and adults.
• As part of a joint venture with Lockheed Martin, VT will partner with the MOD to provide flying training to all military aircrew in the RAF, Royal Navy and British Army.
• VT operates a £32 million contract to provide training and support services to the British Army at Bovington Garrison in Dorset. Our instructors teach soldiers to drive and fix various front-line vehicles, including nearly forty battle tanks.
• Every year, up to 240 Network Rail apprentices come to VT for their basic engineering training. Taught at the VT Group Academy at HMS Sultan near Gosport, Hampshire, and accommodated at nearby HMS Collingwood, the apprentices then go on to rail-specific training with their own employer.
